CARLINE
In July 2012 I started training with Anthony from Training Day Gym. At the time I was 87kg and a size 14. When I started training I made the commitment to myself to eat right and get back to my active self but my trainer helped me achieve so much more.
DENISE
Since I have been training with CJ from Training Day Gym, I have lost another 21 kgs. This means it has taken 7-8 months to lose most of the weight. To date I have lost over 30kgs. I am stronger, fitter, healthier and happier than I’ve been in a very long time.
BEN
I have been training with David from Training Day Gym for the past few years and have managed to drop a total of 20kgs. I have gained a lot of knowledge about my own body, nutrition and most importantly developed self-confidence. I now regularly compete in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
