5 fitness exercises for beginners at Training Day
There are many fitness workout exercises that beginners of all ages can participate in to improve their mobility and endurance. Here are our top five recommendations to get you started!
1. Treadmill
Walking or running on a treadmill is a great cardiovascular exercise to get your heart rate up and boost your overall health. If you’re new to fitness exercises, start by walking for 20-30 minutes, three times per week, and gradually increase your time as you become more fit.
2. Stationary biking
Biking is an excellent fitness activity for people of all ages, from adults to teens to young children. If you don’t have access to a bike or you’re new to cycling, you can use a stationary bike at one of our gyms! We recommend that you start by pedalling for 15 minutes, two times per week.
